ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Recruitment and Development of Leaders/agents to manage them and ensure that they achieve their targets, and in turn achieve organizational targets.
  • Age - should not be more than 37 years.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in life insurance sales. 
  • prior experience in Agency Channel will have added advantage.
