Profile Senior corporate agency manager|Bancassurance manager(Tele vertical)
Roles & Responsibilities

To manage the channel relationship & achieve financial objectives from the Hdfc Bank (Tele channels )mapped to this role
- Ensure healthy YOY business growth & secure largest share of LI business in channels managed
- Worked on given data & close the leads through calls
- Achieve channel objectives on key business levers like activation, productivity & ATS
- Provide proper information about to product to the customer
- Collaborate with bank staff to promote insurance products and offer training.

-Develop and execute sales strategies within bancassurance.

 -Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments.

-Proper follow up and client assistance

Key Skills Required:

*Strong relationship management and communication skills.

*In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.

*Ability to meet sales targets.

*Excellent presentation and training skills

CTC upto 5.50Lpa

Graduation mandatory

Experience required 2 to 3 year in banca channel
