Gold Loan Relationship Officer (GLRO)

Grade: - D0/ Relationship Officer

Location Ahmedabad

Reporting To Deputy Manager/Manager

Job Role:

1. Sourcing fresh customers from open market

2. Month on month targets to be closely followed and achieved

3. Making use of mapped branches for lead generation

4. Relationship building with BHs and branch employees for lead generation

5. Travelling to all mapped branches per day basis

6. Customer relationship & grievances to be addressed on priority basis

7. Responsible to conduct the weekly BTL activities to spread the awareness of Kotak Gold Loan.

8. Contact the existing customers for interest collection/renewal of loans.

Job Requirements: -

Qualification 12th

Job Knowledge and experience

Should have good communication skills.

Should be tech friendly to learn new process

Should be open to travel
