Job Description

-Manage scheduling for company executive(s) -Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s) -Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings -Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages. and information to the executive -Prioritize emails and respond when necessary -Coordinate travel arrangements -Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Job Proficiency Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support Proficiency in managing expense reports and diary management Strong administrative assistance skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
