Job Description

: For this role, attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities and data into benefits is crucial. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive sales and increase market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services. Understand and stay current with industry standards, technical developments, and regulatory landscape to enhance business opportunities and product development. Forge strong relationships. with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies. Negotiate and close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to understand and leverage technical advancements in product formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality control for business growth. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders. Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, analyzing the results and taking corrective actions as necessary. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
