Job Description

S PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Content Management Responsible for creation of the website content, blogs, product pages, online content in-house content Responsible for the creation of content requirement like scripts, emailers, short-form copy for the management Liaison with Digital media agencies to market the blogs in order to attract more traffic, increase digital footprint Help in handling queries posted on Quora and reverting to them Provides creative ideas for content marketing Assist in editing/making checks on existing website and on new pages that are being created. Ensuring that everything is in order in terms of the content and products is in terms with the brand guidelines of the company. Prepare the content strategy and calendar, and execute them Ensuring that topical content is leveraged Social Media Campaign Management Liaison with Digital media agencies to launch marketing campaigns, creatives etc on a. month on month basis Track and analyze website traffic flow, reach, brand impact from campaigns Handle escalations and prepare regular internal reports Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers, partners, followers etc Monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media Regularly keeps a check on the social platforms for any developments Identifies new trends in digital marketing, evaluates new aspects and ensures the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in digital marketing Acquires insight in online marketing trends and keeps strategies up-to-date Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, engagement etc. Providing creative and strategic inputs MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Stakeholder Management in terms of prioritization Delay in revert while handling content/ copy requirements DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Corporate website content management Online Marketing Strategy, change in SOP, process redesign is designed and run past the Vertical Head for approval INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Brand Management-Campaign Management Product teams CSU, Underwriting-Query Management CEO Office Web Sales-Sales Corp Comm-Updates on the Organisation Ecosystem-Marketing campaign External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Media Agency-Campaign Management Vendors- Campaign Management DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) No of blogs per month Meeting social media topical calendar Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Total Team Size: 0 Number of Direct Reports: 0s Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: NA
