Campaign Management Design/Ideation of campaigns for employees across national/local levels and refer for approvals / signoff from NHOD and finance. Plan & design communication plan for all the campaigns. Negotiation of best rates for all the events planned for channel & getting the same approved by NHOD / Finance. Publish report of campaign qualifiers & signoff from NHOD/Finance for final result. Verify campaign progress report before circulating to stakeholders / zone heads, to ensure tracking is correct. MIS & Reporting Plan frequency of reports, consumer of reports & formats of report. Review the reports for veracity randomly & suggest corrections for deviations. Comprehend customize report requirement by stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads). Align team members to understand the requirement & review the reports / dashboards before it gets published with targeted stakeholder. AOP / Budgeting & Shareholder Review Presentation Provide data support. to NHOD for Budgeting / share holder reviews. Assist NHOD in analyzing data points to be incorporated in AOP/Budgeting & share holder review presentations. Incentive Structure Design / Ideation of incentive structure for the function for different level of employees, and refer for approvals/signoff from NHOD & finance team. Plan incentive communication for the channel for circulation through sales head desk. Sales Support Follow-up with sales team ( zone heads / Area Managers / Team Leaders ) for policy pendings & appraise NHOD on status report. C-ordinate with zone heads for daily commitment targets & share the same with NHOD; Feed target vs. achievement reports with zone heads / NHOD. Design & circulate productivity reports ( MPN achievement ) on periodical basis with zonal heads , NHOD. Team Management Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various positions within own team Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any
