Employee onboarding to F&F process Monitor employee onboarding process, TAT and quality compliance is maintained as per SOPs Monitor employee data is updated with respect to transfers, change in location and resignations & collaborate with zonal HR to ensure the centralized system is updated with the change Address and resolve queries for deviations, absconding cases, notice period waive offs, non-voluntary resignations etc decisions to be taken Address queries with regards to the employee masters and ensure norms are maintained with regards to the master Monitor all changes are updated to the payroll team e.g. CCA, joining bonus, special allowance etc Generate employee letters for changes in location, role, CCA, experience, CAP letters, appointment letters and address escalations if any Assist the team with regards to background verification and guide team in closing BV cases with discrepancies Approve show cause, or warning letters for no response on BV and take a. call on termination. Participate in the implementation of the HRMS system with respect to employee central, attendance, alternative cost allocation etc aspects of the system Work closely with the implementation team (PWC) by defining process flows, doing testing and giving suggestion for changes and improvements All processes listed above are not executed by this incumbent but her team. Her role should be close monitoring and ensure, efficiency, accuracy, quality and process adherence Play a role of policy and process custodian. Processes & Policy governance Check if all policies are updated and uploaded to the system. Make necessary changes to policies as and when approved. Coordinate with all the teams in HR and ensure documentation and communication of the same Preparing agreement for short term projects employee, retainers and ensure agreement are renewed
