Job Description

Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in a reputed company.

Education: Graduation and above

Interview Time: - Waking on Saturday

Brief Description:

Candidate must be graduate, have a pleasant personality, be good in conversing and interacting with people And

should have basic computer operating knowledge with experience of MS Office and writing Emails.

  • Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management
    • Graduate with 1-2 Yrs office handling Experience.
    • Knowledge of the Computer/Internet/email required
      • Ability to lead and get the work done from other staff members like Operator, office boys etc.
      Data Entry / MIS
      • Handle entire Back Office Administration work.
      • Good communication skill verbal and written and strong telephonic manner.
      • Computer knowledge well versed with MS-Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Emailing.
      • Good books keeping and maintaining records, daily reports
      • Customer relationship; handling query and resolving.
      • Payment Follow-up, Prepare Quotations - Performa Invoice, Prepare Sales Orders, and Invoices.
      • New customer development, follow up with customers for order confirmations and follow up for payments.
