HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Experience: 8-12years

Location: Bangalore

Handle the entire gamut of HR operations from hiring to retiring. The major
parts will be:
o Recruiting
o Onboarding and orientation
o Policy making and enforcement
o Performance management
o Grievance redressal
o Payroll, attendance and leaves administration
o Disciplinary and remedying actions
Make strategic HR pathways for the future of the business
Create an employee experience which is in-line with policies and employee
delight
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 8-9 years of experience in handling HR as a Generalist and last
experience should be Manager for atleast 2 years
Experience handling and training a team
Design thinking and ability to come up with solutions and foresee problems
Ability to understand underlying behaviors and connect them to the business
outcomes
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience in onboarding foreigners and processing their documents would
be a plus
