 Training Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to address the learning needs of different verticals within the bank. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. Design and develop training curricula for functional, soft skills, and sales training programs, utilizing instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments. Facilitate training sessions in various formats, such as classroom-based, virtual, and blended learning environments. Establish evaluation metrics and methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Analyze training feedback, performance data, and business metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gain. buy-in and support for training initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning. Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to administer, track, and report on training activities and progress. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have good experience with Team Handling. The candidates who are currently heading the learning & Development will not be considered. The candidate should have experience in Front end sales staff training. He/she should be ready to relocate to Varanasi
