Role Description: As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new joiners. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure new employees have the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. Qualifications: 1 - 2 years of experience in a training/ coaching role, preferably in the BPO/KPO industry OR 4-5 years of experience in international recruitment and willing to work as a trainer. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience in creating learning content for new programs and updating the existing curriculum. Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment. processes is required. Strong understanding of onboarding and training methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
