Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Managing Director at Pilot Industries Ltd. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support to the Managing Director, managing the Managing Director's diary, and providing administrative assistance as needed. Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Ability to provide Administrative Assistance and manage a busy diary Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
