Salary- 7-9lpa Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Operations Manager at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd located in Delhi. The Healthcare Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility, managing budgets and finances, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Healthcare Operations Manager will also work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in healthcare operations management or a related field Financial management and budgeting skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with data analysis and reporting Bachelor's degree in. healthcare administration, business administration, or related field Master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration is a plus Certification in healthcare management is a plus
