Job Overview We are seeking a US Healthcare Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Akshar Staffing. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. As a US Healthcare Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new healthcare clients in the United States. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry are encouraged to apply. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of US healthcare. regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office applications Roles And Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients in the United States Collect and review all necessary documentation and information to ensure compliance with industry regulations Coordinate with internal teams to set up client accounts and provide necessary training and support Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process and address any questions or concerns Ensure a smooth transition for clients from the onboarding phase to full utilization of our healthcare services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the onboarding process
