We at Genpact have excellent opportunity for B.com / BBA Graduates.

CTC from INR 1.80 to INR 3.5 lacs per annum + Monthly Incentives + Cabs

NOTE- Candidates need to mention "HR ASHANYA" on top of their CV as HR Reference and carry one govt. ID Proof & 1 passport size photo.

Interview Venue (Gurgaon) : Genpact, Sector-18, Udyog Vihar, Airtel building service lane (Nearest metro station IFFCO CHOWK and MG ROAD) OR

Interview Venue(Noida) : Genpact Stellar Building, 7th floor, Sector 135, Noida (Nearest Metro Station BOTANICAL GARDEN, board the shuttle named "city life" from here which will drop you to the venue.

Job Description -

OTC / AR PROCESS ( 0- 4 YEARS )

Review of Credit Limits on the accounts as per the define timeline and requirement
Update Credit Limit in ERP as per the approvals from Stakeholders
Collaboration with different parties for resolution on customers disputes/queries
Preparing Collection Reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and publishing to all relevant stakeholders
Communicate with internal and external customers in efficient and effective manner.

Accounts Payable ( 0- 4 YEARS)

Process invoices in workflow
Validate key fields from scanned documents.
Run uploads for electronic invoices
Understand customers policies and adapt

R2R/ GENERAL ACCOUNTING PROCESS (0-2 YEARS)

Preparation and posting of Journal entries - Accruals, Prepaid, True Up, Depreciation, Amortization, Inter-company Transaction etc.
Reconciliations BS Recons including Cash, Accrual and Billing accounts.
Handling Customers queries or adhoc request for any correction
Month-end activities.
