Job Description

Job Summary: As a Digital Marketer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will utilize various online platforms and channels to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and implement data-driven insights to achieve marketing goals. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing. Identify target audiences and create customer personas for effective targeting and segmentation. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging. digital marketing tools and platforms. Content creation and management: Create engaging and persuasive content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it aligns with the brand voice and messaging. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality digital assets. Social media management: Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership. Manage and maintain social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to customer inquiries. Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns to improve performance and reach. Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeting. Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to enhance website visibility and traffic. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, platforms, and tools. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles (preferred). Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications (preferred). Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1.
