Salary 8 to 15 LPA Education Any Graduate Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our tourism company as a Manager Marketing - Digital and Print Media. The selected candidate will play a key role in establishing our brand presence in the Indian market through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess a related educational background. This position is based in Pune, Maharashtra. Responsibilities: - Generate creative ideas to establish and enhance our brand presence across digital and print media platforms. . Collaborate with different agencies to design and execute effective marketing and brand promotion campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for marketing and brand growth. - Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets. - Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics to optimize their effectiveness. - Identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and maximize brand exposure. - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing performance, ROI, and future strategies. Requirements: - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and print media. - Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop unique and impactful marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with agencies, team members, and external stakeholders. - Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness. - Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Up-to-date knowledge of the tourism industry and current marketing trends. - Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
