Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Assist with employee onboarding processes, including collecting paperwork, conducting new hire orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain and update HR databases and records. Support the development and implementation of training programs. Assist with the administration of employee benefits and answer basic employee inquiries. Assist with compliance activities, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics. Participate in company events and networking opportunities. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with. the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software programs. A basic understanding of HR principles and practices is preferred.
