About Sales Excellence The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloittes businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover. opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Work you will do As a Sales Support Analyst, you will support proposal content development by effectively collaborating and working with Sales Executives and Channel Sales (Sales). Our team is looking for a professional with strong and diverse capabilities in critical thinking, content development and management, writing, and content layout to own sales-related projects and be responsible for collecting, reviewing, organizing, and managing standardized information using Deloitte tools and resources. The primary job responsibility includes coordinating the development of funding requests from Hyperscalers and maintenance of data while working closely with Sales. Another portion of the role includes owning the development of client-facing deliverables from content creation through layout and delivery. These deliverables may be developed from scratch or customized based on past or established materials. The individual will ensure that business requirements are addressed timely and accurately. Organize and manage content for proposal and statement of work documents; manage contribution process and maintain version control Develop and implement best practices to help curate content for proposal and managing document repositories Translate Statement of Work into funding request documents, eliminate what is unnecessary, and have the judgement to understand rule sets of the process Cleanse and update funding request templates to make it client-specific Update and validate costing and pricing data in various funding documents Coordinate and closely track the progress of funding requests Proactively identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables Seek and implement innovative ways to remove obstacles/ document/ communicate status and flag the issues as appropriate Have the ability to get up-to-speed quickly on Deloittes business and offerings, the clients needs, and any unique project requirements Create knowledge base of the services and funding portion of different type of services Tracking and reporting funds of ongoing projects Skillsets required: Strong organizational skills 3-5 years of relevant experience Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should have experience or knowledge of opportunity life cycle and sales process Experience in RFP preparation is a plus Understanding of project implementation in Cloud services is a bonus Capable of working quickly, regularly, and independently with minimal guidance Detailed oriented Experience or knowledge of SharePoint and Teams is a plus Self-motivated and strong team player.
