Job Description

The Pre-sales Associate in an individual contributor role, will be responsible to support the Presales team and other stakeholders at HGS (Business Services Division) with proposals notes. He/ She will be engaged in client discussions to understand requirements, determine efforts and put together SOW and commercial proposal in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Job Title Pre-Sales Level Associate Department Business Development Experience 1 to 3 years of related experience in Pre-sales and solutioning role Location Bandra, Mumbai Qualification A degree or equivalent qualification i Primary Responsibility RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Note, Due Diligence questionnaire Co-ordination with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentation and Demo Supports Sales teams in creating SOWs (Statement of Works) Solution Design as per the Client requirements and timely submission of Proposal/RFP. Ability to work independently on projects. from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Co-ordination with IT team on risk and Information security client questionnaire, Legal team for Client Contracts Observe strict confidentiality all the times Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and Oral communication skills Strong expertise in tools such as Google slides/ Doc, Microsoft PPT / Word and other workflow design tools. Professional approach to internal and external stakeholders required. Approach challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive mentality and ability to perform well under pressure.
