Job Description

Responsibilities:


Monitoring DMS.

Checking uploaded files. Maintaining data of uploaded files.

Monitoring BCA's Data.

Updating reporting changes in system. Monitoring vacancies. Getting Organogram approvals.

Preparing & updating employee Transfer's.

Providing assistance for PF-related queries.

Arranging ESIC Cards/Form 37. Providing assistance for ESIC-related queries.

Providing left employee's PF & ESIC Data to the consultant.

Assisting employees in the completion of PF nomination.

Assisting employees in transferring/withdrawing PF/KYC.

Maintaining policies and filing all relevant records of policies.

Providing increment ratings for eligible employees. Monitoring assessment data.

Leave updation.

Arranging ID cards for employee's.
