As a Software Testing Trainer, you will develop and deliver training sessions to students and professionals on software testing concepts and tools. You will create lesson plans, develop course materials, and provide individual coaching to help trainees develop their skills and abilities in software testing. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation or related field Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields Strong experience using testing tools, methodologies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical. and problem-solving skills Experience in designing and delivering training sessions Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in training, coaching or mentoring individuals Dedication to staying up-to-date with software testing tools, practices, and trends Experience with agile development methods is a plus
