Job Description

: We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing manual and automated testing, identifying and tracking software defects, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Location. Chandigarh Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test strategies. Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance the overall quality of the software. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.o Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality software products to customers. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in software testing. Experience testing APIs and microservices. Knowledge of performance testing tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. Understanding of security testing principles and techniques.
