Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Manual QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Manual QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they are released to our customers. Job Responsibilities: Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Test Execution: Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and document test results meticulously. This includes functional, regression, and user acceptance testing . Bug Tracking: Effectively report and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure their resolution. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. Test Environment Setup: Set up and configure test environments as needed to replicate production conditions. Quality Assurance Standards: . Ensure that software testing processes and procedures are followed according to industry best practices and company standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and resolve issues. Test Automation: Identify opportunities for test automation and work with the automation team to implement automated test scripts. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in manual software testing, including test case design and execution. Familiarity with software testing methodologies, test design, and defect tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (a plus but not required). Preferred Qualifications: Overall experience must be 2+ years Manual testing - 2+ years
