• Team Handling of Sales Managers 
• Developing the business in all Parameters
• Customer relationship and retention

Selection Criteria

• Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA in Finance / Marketing 
• Having good Track record in Selling Equity, Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, SIPs, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Etc. 
• Min 5 years of experience in Equity Sales.
• Should have consistency throughout his career. 
• Team handling experience of min 1 Year preferred.
