Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Motor Insurance to join our team at Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Manager Motor Insurance, you will be responsible for managing the motor insurance portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Goregaon, Maharashtra, India with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in motor insurance with a focus on commercial. and retail lines In-depth knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and pricing models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite Leadership abilities and the capacity to supervise and motivate a team Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Roles And Responsibilities Manage the motor insurance portfolio, including client accounts and policies Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders Analyze client insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions Prepare insurance quotations, policies, and related documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to recommend improvements Provide technical support and guidance to team members Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs Assist in business development activities and contribute to revenue generation
