Job Description

Preparation of detailed Financial Model that includes - a) Projected Financial Statements b) Projected Cash Flow Statements. c) Detailed profitability statements. d) Calculation of project IRR, Payback etc. Identify new markets based on potential market volume and growth, study competitors" landscape. Detailed monitoring and analysis of actual and projected cash flows of all the projects. Coordinating with Project Finance team and the stakeholders of respective projects to understand and plan future cash flows. To study in detail the Industrial Incentive Policies issued by different states from time to time. To analyze and calculate the fiscal and non- fiscal incentives available so as to utilize the maximum benefit available against the projects. To give ideas to. the Management for maximizing the incentives. Preparation of misc. MIS and reports from time to time as required by the Management. Support Seniors in various workings from time to time.
