In our ongoing journey of growth and diversification, we are currently in search of an adept and strategic professional to join our team as the Senior Manager of Architecture Interior & Construction. Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Architecture Interior & Construction at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the physical environment of our hotels to meet and exceed brand specifications. We seek a dynamic individual with a proven. track record in architecture, interior design, and construction management within the hospitality sector. This role requires a meticulous professional who can travel extensively, and balance creativity, brand adherence, and project management to ensure the successful execution of our construction and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Brand Compliance: Ensure all construction and renovation projects align with the brand specifications and standards of The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, maintaining consistency across our diverse portfolio. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects, interior designers, and construction professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring the highest level of performance. Innovation and Sustainability: Integrate innovative design concepts and sustainable practices into projects, keeping The Clarks Hotels & Resorts at the forefront of industry trends. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all construction and interior design elements meet or exceed our brand standards. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is Mandatory. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and regulations. Working Knowledge of Autocad & Photoshop Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
