Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Prakhar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and developing and implementing sales strategies. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client. satisfaction and project success. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Business acumen and understanding of market trends Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the IT industry and Government projects Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record of successful business development and sales Understanding of project management and experience in developing project proposals
