Key responsibilities and Accountability

Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions
Need to adhere to the shift adherence
Need to follow quality checks on call

Qualification Min Undergraduates (UG/Graduates Fresher/Experienced: Freshers
For English & Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi
