Company Description MNC Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer questions and concerns, and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner. This individual will need to be attentive, articulate and able to work well under pressure. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English Prior customer service experience is preferred into International calling Package upto 5LPA Proficiency in computer-related tasks such as using a keyboard, navigating through multiple computer applications and screens simultaneously, and using a chat function Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Ability to work in a team environment and also perform well independently Bachelor's. degree or higher preferred Both Hyderabad and Bangalore location
