Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Deputy Manager in Salem ice cream plant. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of employees. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and updating. reports. Qualifications Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations In-depth knowledge of the dairy industry and relevant regulations Experience in budget management and resource allocation Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Tamil language
