Company Description OM Sai Pharma Pack Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Assistant/ Deputy Manager at Om Sai Pharma Pack located in Uttarakhand, India. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships. The responsibilities of the role include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven work experience as a business development assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management Experience in researching market trends and developing business strategies Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word. Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Fluent in English and Hindi Knowledge of the External Pharma/Pharmaceutical industry is a plus Willingness to travel as required.
