We are seeking a Tricentis Tosca Automation Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level test automation solutions using the Tricentis Tosca platform. As the Tosca Architect, you will define automation strategies, build scalable frameworks, and drive test automation best practices across programs and teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in complex enterprise environments. ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement test automation strategy, standards, and best practices using Tricentis Tosca. Design scalable and reusable Tosca automation frameworks tailored to enterprise needs. Provide technical leadership across multiple automation projects and teams. Guide Tosca implementation, including module creation, test case design, and execution setup. Oversee Tosca integrations with CI/CD pipelines, test management tools, and DevOps environments. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align automation with business goals. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce automation standards. Evaluate new Tosca features and tools, and make recommendations for improvement. Lead troubleshooting and optimization of automation processes and performance. Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met in test environments (if applicable). Skills
Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of software testing experience, with at least 4+ years in test automation using Tricentis Tosca. Proven experience in designing Tosca automation frameworks across multiple domains or applications. Deep knowledge of Tosca modules, TestCaseDesign, API testing, Test Data Service, and Distributed Execution (DEX). Strong experience with Tosca integration into CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise SDLC processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Tricentis Tosca Certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist, Tosca Architect). Experience in automation for SAP, Salesforce, Mainframe, or Web-based applications. Familiarity with performance and load testing tools is a plus. Working knowledge of scripting languages or custom automation plugins is advantageous. Experience in regulatory or complex enterprise environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecom), preferably in Finance. Exposure to testing mainframe applications is an added advantage.
