Role Description This is a full-time role for a Training Manager located in Thrissur. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for PNB MetLife employees. They will also need to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. This is an on-site role located in Thrissur. Qualifications Should. have Training experience in banca assurance Experience in developing and delivering training programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
