Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Environment Monitoring:

Reporting:
Generate and distribute System Health Indicator (SHI) reports for production environments.
Provide SHI reports for non-production environments.
Address alerts whenever necessary.
Perform daily health checks in addition to regular monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.
Upgrade various application releases within the database on a quarterly cycle.
Perform database upgrades as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and updates through patch activities.
