Position : ANALYST - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AR

Experience : 3+ Years in AR RCM

Location : Chennai

Shift : Night

Notice Period : 30 Days/Immediate

Eligible Criteria

Min 2+ Years experience in RCM Industry (AR follow up & Denials Management)
Should be a graduate
Advance MS Excel knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintaining Inventory - Inflow, Outflow, Collection Report, Trend Analysis and WQ Transfers
Maintaining Production & Quality reports to be shared with stakeholders as dashboard
Collection report to be reviewed & provide insights / planning on the next focus area
Should hold prior experience in contingency pricing to slice and dice the AR
Should be familiar with the Allocation Strategies based on the volume, dollar & time to change the plan basis the requirement
Connecting with operations leads to understanding business needs and the scope of improvement
Analysing data sources and proposing solutions such as dashboards, automatic tools, and formulated workflows to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis
Providing data-driven decision support by doing daily/weekly/Monthly reconciliations, deficiency reports, inventory volume, and trends analysis
Developing analytics models and insights through presentations and reports for the Operations team.
