Job Description
Job Profile - (Brief description) As a Java developer, you will be part of our product organization in modernizing the techstack. The Product development ensuring exceptional customer experiences through high-performing, secure, and user-friendly solutions
Skill Set- Java, Microservices, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, iBatis/Hibernate, Junit/TestNg, Kafka, MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB, Solr, Endeca, Lucene, BPMN, CI/CD, Github, K8s
Roles & Responsibilities: Interpret and translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Managers, Scrum Masters,Business Analysts, QA teams, and other cross-functional units throughout the product development lifecycle. Design and develop software solutions aligned with defined technical architecture,development standards, and quality benchmarks to ensure efficiency, reusability, and reliability. Create and maintain unit test cases to validate developed components and ensure code quality. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members. Apply industry best practices to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications. Analyze the impact of changing functional requirements on technical designs and adjust accordingly. Assist Technical Leads/Architects in preparing key design documents such as high-level and detailed technical designs. Proactively identify and communicate technical risks, issues, and challenges, along with proposed mitigation strategies. Lead and manage team members by offering consistent guidance, support, and mentorship

Mandatory Skills: o Excellent analytical & logical skillso Java 19, Spring, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, JWT, Multi- Threading, Messaging Frameworks (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.), Micro services, REST, gRPC and GraphQLo Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL, POSTGRES),NOSQL(Cassandra, MongoDB)), and ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate)o Java testing frameworks (Junit, Mockito, TestNG etc.)
Good to have Skills: o Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and containerization. Experience with cloud provides like AWS, Azure serviceso Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CruiseControl, Bamboo, etc.) and DevOpso Knowledge of build tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc.)o Knowledge of BPMN, Rule based Engine, Search and Analytics Engineso Knowledge of JS framework like Reacto Experience in Startups / Product development Organization
