This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in New Delhi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including sourcing and hiring, interviewing, communication with candidates and clients, recruiting, and training.
Qualifications: Hiring and Recruiting skills for BPO. Must be hands on for BPO Hirings. Excellent communication skills Experience in interviewing candidates Training skills for new hires Experience in the recruitment process Knowledge of HR policies and practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as a team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
