Job Description

Talent acquisition- Optimal end-to-end hiring for all critical positions.   Working on employer branding and visibility on hiring platforms like LinkedIn.   Ensuring smooth onboarding experience for employees.   Maintaining employee database and curating monthly report (MIS) with the senior management.   Organising monthly and quarterly performance reviews in a timely manner.   Enhancing employee satisfaction by active listening and prompt resolution of issues.    Ensuring compliance for all HR related processes.   Developing and implementing HR policies.    Collaborating with cross-functional teams for team building.    Maintaining employee cost estimates monthly for sharing provision with finance team.   Maintaining and sharing monthly payroll input.   Managing, owning, and driving Employee Life Cycle end- to- end- right from entry procedures to exit procedures and FNF.           Qualification:       Fresher with 0-2 years of Experience in Human  Resource Management.
