Job Description

- 1. Legal Officers monitor day to day working of MACT cases. 2. Handling TP portfolio - MCOP, WC and appeal cases 3. Coordinate with advocates and process the award in the system as per company 4. Must have knowledge of all basic laws including but not limited to Insurance Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law and Public Interest Litigation (PIL) 5. Should be able to advise and guide on all legal aspects relating to business of the company. Skills Required- 1. Proficient in English (both read and write). 2. Good Communication & Presentation Skills 3. Knowledge of Computers 4. Analytical & Reasoning Skills. Qualifications Expertise in Business Law, Contract Law, and Law Experience in Legal Consulting. and Legal Document Preparation Excellent research and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law Admission to the Bar Council of India is preferred Relevant work experience in the insurance industry is considered a plus. Candidate should be knowledgeable about legislation and have an understanding of the Indian insurance regulatory framework
