The candidate is required to operate from our Kochi office Job Title: Technical Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of technical professionals and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of experience in technical management, team handling, project delivery, client management, and technical expertise. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing the team, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed. Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements. are clearly defined and understood. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to the team. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise. Ensure that the team is following best practices and standards for software development, testing, and deployment. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure that their needs and expectations are being met. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 to 15 years of experience in technical management, team handling, project delivery, client management, and technical expertise. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong technical expertise in software development, testing, and deployment. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks. Experience with web application development using mean stack ,DevOps, and automation is a plus.
