Job Description

Role Summary

  • Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through CSCs Village level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) in 3-4 districts basis mapping in base state/other states.
  • Assist VLEs during policy login journey.
  • Ensure issuance of policies withing TAT by resolving all pending.
  • Relationship management with CSC Hierarchy, District Managers, and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region.
  • Influence CSC District Managers (DMs) for majority wallet share in the district.
  • Provide MIS support to the DMs and Insurance SPOC.

Job Dimensions

  • Partner VLE geography in 3-4 districts in the same state/neighboring states

Field Sales Need Travel

  • Drive wallet Share in the allotted districts.
  • Build relationship with VLEs, DMs and Insurance SPOC of CSC to achieve pre-set business targets on NOP, ANP & Productivity.
  • Capability of Self Lead Generation.
  • Working jointly with the Area Manager on Business plans.
  • Driving and motivating the VLE & DMs and providing support for logging in applications sourced.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the allotted VLE geography as when required.

JD Requirements (essential)

  • Preferably Min.6 months to 2 years in Sales from any Industry, preferably BFSI
  • Providing sales support in Sales of Life Insurance business through CSCs Village level Entrepreneurs
