Position Overview: As a Human Resources Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and implementing policies and procedures. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the expertise in recruiting social media professionals like Video Editors, Digital Marketers, and Sales Managers in the Online education field, also should have experience in other Industries such as Retail, Hotels and Restaurants. Responsibilities HR Generalist Activities Employee Coordination (Offer support, Joining Support, Attendance management) Exit Formalities, Payroll. and salary creation Employee leaves and absence monitoring End-to-end recruitment process Maintenance of HR records Workplace safety management Communication of HR policies Employee orientation and onboarding Grievance handling Admin duties Contract drafting and other related works. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in edtech or retail industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
