Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the application process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
  
• Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding etc.
  
• Proficiency in using various tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc. for sourcing candidates.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers/candidates.
