 Assitant/Deputy Manager - Content Development

Job Description

Looking for a driven & creative content development professional with good experience in life insurance (preferable) & agency channel (good to have). They should be able to craft & design training-content which is aesthetically sound & cohesive in flow. Job role & responsibilities: Create & share effective content for agency sales & recruitment drives, employee up-skilling & skills enhancement. Develop and design training programs for hierarchy of Agency Channel on Products, selling stories, recruitment pitches, digital tools/process etc. Conduct TTT (Train the Trainer) sessions for content created. Regularly keep stock of & update the training material. Set-up listening-systems/processes for continuous feedback on the content created, to determine gaps or skill enhancement requirements. Collaborate with process owner(s) to create content and conduct training programs regularly. Conduct delivery of the training programs, as and when required. Work Experience . Qualification Requirement: Minimum Qualification required: Masters or Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, arts etc. Prefered Certifications in instructional design, content etc. Content Development and Instructional Design skills Proficiency in MS office and tools (especially Powerpoint) Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market. Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities. Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
