QA Lead - ETL Testing - 9+ Years - PAN India (Hybrid)
Are you a seasoned QA Lead with expertise in ETL testing and over 9 years of experience? Do you excel in leading and mentoring a team while ensuring the highest quality standards for data analytics? Responsibilities:
- Lead the ETL testing team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics solutions
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data warehouse systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the QA process
Requirements:
- Over 9 years of experience in QA with a focus on ETL testing and data analytics
- Strong expertise in leading and managing a team of QA professionals
- Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data warehouse systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
