Roles & Responsibilities - Performance Marketing / Campaign Management Executive: Develop, implement, and manage acquisition campaigns. Plan and execute SEO/SEM, Social Media, Marketing Database, Newsletters & Email campaigns. Measure, report, and optimize campaign performance. Develop content strategies and generate popular content. Collaborate on growth strategies and focus on increasing conversion rates. Key Behavioural Requirements: Great communication with strong interpersonal skills. A knack for observing people, cultures, brands & markets. Good research skills, curiosity, and interest in learning new topics. Eagerness to grow, learn new skills, and a positive attitude. Go-getter, self-starter, team player, with a strong attention to detail. Experience & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Meta and Google ads platforms. Proven track record in running and growing high-performance paid media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of various social media . performance marketing platforms. Working knowledge of different digital platforms, formats, and ad formats. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. 2-4 years of experience in paid media and digital media platforms. Previous agency or brand experience, eager to contribute with a strategic approach. A bachelors degree is a must; an MBA is preferred but not required.
