Job Description
Key Responsibilities Identify, forge, and maintain partnerships with schools and institutions to open academies for beginner, intermediate and high-performance athletes Organize or participate in events such as school/college fairs, sports events, etc. to increase brand awareness Work on parent/student interactions to onboard students for all programs offered by CASE including academic or athletic admissions for higher studies abroad, online boards + CUET coaching, sports academy promotions and enrolments Prepare and execute marketing campaigns including social media promotions to increase awareness and business promotion Assist in content preparation for social media posts Interact with the digital marketing company to oversee various campaigns outsourced Assist in maintaining and updating database and marketing records, contact lists, leads and follow-up with all stake holders Provide general support to the team and device new strategies to enhance the business. ensure regular follow-up on all leads and assist in conversion of all student leads Maintain relationships, affiliations with central or state sports associations such AIFF, AITA, AFI, etc. Work on any other responsibilities including marketing, market communication and business development Proficiency Candidates with sports background (Having played or coached for competitive sports) Highly proficient in written and spoken English Well-versed in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint presentation) Active on social media platforms Well versed in study abroad process and higher education options Go-getter/positive attitude, ready to explore new avenues in the digital marketing space In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing with basic knowledge of digital marketing Strong analytical skills Should be well versed in handling social media, emailers, CRM website Strong inter-personal communication and presentation skills Additional Qualifications (Added Pointers) Understanding of study abroad programs and admissions processes Familiarity with online boards and CUET coaching Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies Hands-on experience with social media promotions Exposure to collaborating with digital marketing companies for campaign oversight About Company: GroupMega has a long & robust history, one that had a very humble beginning - from a small village in Gangashahar, Rajasthan.
